Denver, Colorado officials sent a reminder about marijuana advertising and consumption rules ahead of 7/10. / INTERNATIONAL Belize will hold a referendum on cannabis after churches collected enough signatures to challenge reform legislation. The Italian government’s Presidency of the Council of Ministers suggested decriminalizing cannabis home cultivation. The head of the Royal Thai Police issued an order banning law enforcement officers from smoking cannabis at police stations and saying that people coming to such facilities smelling of marijuana will be prosecuted. Separately, the education minister reiterated that cannabis is banned at schools.
